🔄 Exchange and Return Policy – ​​Qatra Tech Company

At Qatra Tech, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality products and services. We adhere to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding consumer rights. Our exchange and return policy is as follows:

1. Order Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before delivery, provided that this does not exceed 15 days from the order date.

2. Returns
If the customer requests to return the product for no reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

The product can be returned within 7 days of receipt if there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired by our maintenance team.

3. Replacement
The customer has the right to request a replacement for the product if there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, within 7 days of the delivery date.

4. Maintenance and Warranty
The warranty for desalination and chiller units includes:

Two years against manufacturing defects.

Five years of free service (technician visits and fees).

The periodic maintenance schedule must be followed as follows:

Change the filter set every 6 months. 5. Replace the fifth stage every year.

Replace the fourth stage every two years.

5. Instructions for Use
Electrical components must not be exposed to water.

The device must not be altered, serviced, or transported by unauthorized parties.

The device must be installed indoors, away from direct sunlight and the elements.

6. Warranty Void
If any of the above conditions are violated, the warranty will be void, and the customer will bear the maintenance costs.
