Welcome to Qatra Tech. By using our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:<\/p>\n
1. Definitions<\/p>\n
Company: Refers to “Qatra Tech” and all its branches and authorized agents.<\/p>\n
Customer: Any individual or entity that purchases products or requests services from the Company.<\/p>\n
Products: All water filters, desalination plants, and their accessories offered by the Company.<\/p>\n
2. Scope of Use
\nThe customer agrees to use the products in accordance with the instructions and technical guidelines issued by the Company.<\/p>\n
The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from installation or maintenance by unauthorized parties.<\/p>\n
3. Orders and Payment
\nAll prices are in Saudi Riyals and include Value Added Tax (if applicable) in accordance with the regulations of the General Authority of Zakat, Tax and Customs.<\/p>\n
The customer agrees to pay the full value of the order before or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.<\/p>\n
The company reserves the right to adjust prices in accordance with market conditions and regulations. The new price will apply only to future orders.<\/p>\n
4. Delivery and Installation
\nDelivery and installation dates will be determined by agreement with the customer.<\/p>\n
The company is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control (such as emergencies, transportation issues, or force majeure).<\/p>\n
The customer is responsible for preparing a suitable installation site according to the company’s requirements.<\/p>\n
5. Warranty
\nAll products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.<\/p>\n
The warranty includes repair or replacement at the company’s discretion.<\/p>\n
The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse, failure to perform periodic maintenance, or intervention by unauthorized parties.<\/p>\n
Misuse or operation contrary to technical instructions is not covered.<\/p>\n
6. Returns and Exchanges
\nThe customer has the right to return or exchange the product within seven days of the purchase date, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, provided that the product is in its original condition with all accessories and the invoice.<\/p>\n
Returns of installed products are only accepted in cases of a manufacturing defect certified by the company. 7. Liability
\nThe company’s liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided.<\/p>\n
The company shall not be liable for any indirect damages or commercial losses resulting from use or malfunctions.<\/p>\n
8. Intellectual Property
\nAll trademarks and content (logos, text, images, designs) are owned by Qatra Tech and registered in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Their use is prohibited without prior written permission.<\/p>\n
9. Law and Jurisdiction
\nThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n
Any dispute arising herefrom shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Saudi courts and competent authorities.<\/p>\n
10. Amendments
