First: Sales Policy
\nAll product prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT.<\/p>\n
The customer is obligated to pay for the product before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.<\/p>\n
Installation service is available in the Riyadh region only; shipping is provided free of charge to other cities.<\/p>\n
Delivery and installation dates are determined by agreement with the customer and may vary depending on availability and shipping conditions.<\/p>\n
The company is not responsible for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control (such as force majeure or shipping issues).<\/p>\n
Second: Warranty Policy
\nThe warranty for electrical appliances is two years from the invoice date.<\/p>\n
Periodic maintenance follow-up service is available for five years (technician visits are free \u2013 consumable parts are not included).<\/p>\n
General Warranty Terms<\/p>\n
The warranty covers product repair. Replacement is only available for products that cannot be repaired.<\/p>\n
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse, improper installation, misuse, or failure to adhere to periodic maintenance schedules.<\/p>\n
The product must be within the warranty period and accompanied by the sales invoice.<\/p>\n
The warranty does not cover consumable materials such as filters. Tampering with the product or using non-original parts voids the warranty.<\/p>\n
The product must be installed indoors, away from direct sunlight.<\/p>\n
Unstable electricity (generators) or high-salinity water may damage the unit and is not covered under warranty.<\/p>\n
Discontinuing use of the unit for more than two weeks may damage the filters and is not covered under warranty.<\/p>\n
The desalination units are suitable for tap water up to 1500 TDS.<\/p>\n
Closing the drain line causes serious damage and voids the warranty.
\nOpening the unit or tampering with the system voids the warranty.<\/p>\n
Using the unit in a manner inconsistent with daily consumption or in areas with high water consumption voids the warranty.<\/p>\n
Installation of the unit in an unsuitable location or the presence of water or moisture inside the product voids the warranty.<\/p>\n
