At Qatra Tech, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality products and services. We adhere to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding consumer rights. Our exchange and return policy is as follows:<\/p>\n
1. Order Cancellation
\nThe customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before delivery, provided that this does not exceed 15 days from the order date.<\/p>\n
2. Returns
\nIf the customer requests to return the product for no reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.<\/p>\n
The product can be returned within 7 days of receipt if there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired by our maintenance team.<\/p>\n
3. Replacement
\nThe customer has the right to request a replacement for the product if there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, within 7 days of the delivery date.<\/p>\n
4. Maintenance and Warranty
\nThe warranty for desalination and chiller units includes:<\/p>\n
Two years against manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n
Five years of free service (technician visits and fees).<\/p>\n
The periodic maintenance schedule must be followed as follows:<\/p>\n
Change the filter set every 6 months. 5. Replace the fifth stage every year.<\/p>\n
Replace the fourth stage every two years.<\/p>\n
5. Instructions for Use
\nElectrical components must not be exposed to water.<\/p>\n
The device must not be altered, serviced, or transported by unauthorized parties.<\/p>\n
The device must be installed indoors, away from direct sunlight and the elements.<\/p>\n
6. Warranty Void
